The products are posted by a courier service to the address specified by the ordering party or by direct delivery (upon consultation) from the delivery department of the Company if it is within Attica area.
The orders are implemented within forty (40) days from date of the payment of your order.
In the event of bulk orders, the customer is informed about the time of implementation of the order by e-mail.
Delivery days are from Monday to Friday and from 08:00 a.m. till 18:00 p.m. for Greece, and the delivery will take place within thirty-five (35) working days within Attica, and within forty (40) for the rest of Greece .
The abovementioned deadlines do not apply in case of force majeure (indicatively and not limited to cases of extreme weather events, strikes, natural disasters, etc.).
Our business will notify you via phone or e-mail of any delays in your order. Our business bears no responsibility for packages that have been lost due to shipment to the wrong address because of the incorrect registration contact details that you submitted.
All of our products are custom made and explicitly customized according to the specifications set by you. Therefore they cannot be returned and you cannot receive a refund of the money you paid.
Defective are the products that have been damaged upon receipt by you (e.g. incorrect dimension, material defect in printing or weaving) or those that present a material manufacturing fault within one month from the date of purchase .
Any product that is damaged due to use or damaged due to mistreatment cannot be considered defective. Likewise, any printing on the product due to the sending of an incorrect file by the customer, or a file containing spelling, syntax errors, inadequate analysis of file elements, etc. cannot be considered as a defect.
If a true defect is detected in the product, it can be replaced by us with the same product.
Refunds are accepted if the following conditions are met:
-You should contact us by filling in the relevant contact form available through our website, stating your full name and the products you wish to return as well as the defect they present. Please, if possible, include photos of the defective product.
-The products must be posted to our Company within 14 working days of receipt at the following address:

-Products must be accompanied by a photocopy of the receipt of payment or the relevant invoice.
-The products must be in the same condition that you received them without having used them or breaking the packaging. No amount will be refunded if the product has been used after opening, or if the product is not in the same condition which was delivered.
For products that have an obvious manufacturing defect, the cost of return is borne by our Company.
Refund: The refund is made in the same way as the original payment .
Cancellation of order
If you wish to cancel your order, please send us IMMEDIATELY an e-mail to the address (no later than one hour after the completion of your order), as we send orders in the production as soon as they are submitted to our website. After one hour of the completion of your order, no cancellations are accepted.
Likewise, since the printing work has been approved by you and is in the final stage, no change can be made in terms of product dimensions, colors and the content of the final theme (e.g. images, fonts, spelling, etc. )
